SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Timeframes:

UAE: 2–3 business days
Germany: 3–5 business days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE and Germany public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Shipping Costs:

UAE: AED 15 for orders below AED 150. Free delivery on all orders above AED 150.
Germany: €7 for orders below €48. Free delivery on all orders above €48.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will be in touch if there are any updates regarding your delivery.

Please note: We currently deliver within the UAE and Germany only. A valid UAE or Germany delivery address is required at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Final Sale: Due to the personal nature of fragrance, all purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos and your order details. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are not eligible for refunds.
